Today’s review will be focused on a new, fantastic hit by Grey & Purple Songbook, and this one is titled, “Once Upon A Time”.

Drawing inspiration from an ancient Norwegian folk’s tale about greed and consequences, this narrative track is not one to miss.

“Once Upon A Time” is a unique, groovy, jazz/funk tune that I know you will all love. From the moment it kicks off, the catchy beat will definetly have you bopping along, leaving you eager for more. The track truly is like no other, its storytelling formation is captivating, the upbeat rhythm is enjoyable and the vocals are unbelievable.

C’Batch, otherwise known as Stephen H. Cumberbatch, is an exceptional, multi-talented, artist, composer, musician and author. He has recently released a reimagined remix of his track, “Next Time (I Won’t Be Falling)”, with its new title, “Next Time (I Won’t Be Falling/You’ve Got Me Falling)”. And ket me start off by saying, it is amazing!

“Next Time (I Won’t Be Falling/You’ve Got Me Falling)”, starts off with a mystical intro, which is soon welcomes a warm and catchy beat. The track has a soft R&B, feel-good vibe to it, allowing to be not only full of talent, but enjoyable too. You will, undoubtedly, find yourself grooving along to this one, and it will definitely linger in your head long after it has finished.

Trevor Drako – Musta Ben Trippen

Trevor Drako is an exceptional, emerging artist, who has been on the music scene since last year. He has already released over 20 official tracks and has even caught the eye of many. Today, we are looking at a new release of Trevor’s, and this one is titled, “Musta Ben Trippen”.

After being released from prison, Trevor went and produced a song with lyrics he wrote whilst incarcerated. This track is the perfect return to his music career, and he has, without a doubt, smashed it.

The music in this track is one that is catchy, following a hip-hop/rap style, you just cannot help but bop along to it.

However, the highlight has got to be the vocals. Collaborating with Kasey Kash, the pair have created a true masterpiece. With the combination of singing and rap, the two bounce off each other, allowing us to not only hear the vocals but enjoy them too.

Harry Kappen – Distant Shore

For this review, we are going to be looking at an incredible new track, “Distant Shore” that was released by Harry Kappen as part of his new album, ‘After The Crossing’.

But before we get onto that, let’s have a little look at who Harry is. Well, Harry Kappen is a Dutch musician and musictherapist, who creates and composes his own music. He creates music based on his own personal experiences, for example, this track in particular focuses on the heartbreak of people who have to flee their homes and country for their family’s safety.

“Distant Shore” follows a dream/rock-pop style, and it is definitely one that can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. The musical side of this track is amazing, with a steady beat and a full sound, you will undoubtedly find yourself bopping along this one. The music is just flawless, and with its mystical elements, and instrumental solos, this track is just brilliant.

In terms of vocals, Harry has done exceptionally. His deep, yet real voice is perfect for this track. His vocal skills are actually amazing, and we not only hear his lyrics, but we feel them too.

Vanna Pacella – Plead

Vanna Pacella is an exceptional singer-songwriter, keyboardist and synth bassist who never fails to impress. Vanna, being only 18 years old, has already achieved so much, and her talent is just undeniable.

Today, we are looking at a new track of Vanna’s and this one is titled, “Plead”. This one is a raw and emotional track that combines the styles of alternative rock and pop. The entire track was produced, written, sung and recorded by Vanna, further proving just how talented she really is.

Musically, this track is quite a mellow, cinematic tune. Without the need for overpowering drumbeats, we are able to bop along, whilst allow the lyrics to breathe. The song builds up throughout, and with a little instrumentalist break, we can just really enjoy this one.

Vocally, Vanna has smashed it. She has a superb voice, one that I could honestly listen to all day long. Her vocal flexibility is beyond belief, and she needs to be heard.
