Doc Fischbach – Walk Away

WOW!

I am honestly so pleasantly surprised with this song, and I cannot describe how much I love this tune!

Everybody loves a good, feisty song about being independent and overcoming a relation with somebody who is toxic. Doc Fischbach’s sings about being better off alone rather than with someone who is destructive and arduous.

“Walk away” uses powerful drums to keep the song upbeat and memorable. Additionally, the vocals in this are great and match the instrumental very well.

This is one of those that if you listen to it once, it will be in your head all day. It just makes you want to listen to this song on repeat. Not only does it have a good sound to it, but it also pushes you to get up and bop your head to it. This is one for everyone, of all ages, to enjoy.

After hearing “Walk away”, I am so intrigued to hear other work of Doc Fischbach.

If you haven’t already, go and give this track a listen to!

Jessica Woodlee – Dairy Aisle

Without a doubt Jessica has an absolutely beautiful voice and this song majorly shows this.

Jessica, who is a singer/songwriter, creates songs full of emotion and feelings that she feels, that is what makes this song unique and relatable. Newly released, this song is condensed with a mellow rhythm, a soft vibe and gentle vocals.

Jessica sings about a possible ex-lover that she misses after not seeing them for a while. This is a song than many can relate to, about that desperate urge to accidentally bump into someone from your past in the grocery store. The song reminisces the history of their love, their kiss and their presence.

Although the instrumental is soft and melodic, it still has an element of a catchy beat in the chorus. This is the perfect song to listen to whilst driving, or if you are feeling a relaxing vibe.

You should not only give Jessica Woodlee’s “Dairy Aisle” a listen to, but you must listen to other work of hers, and I can assure you, you will love it.

Sugar Nova – Send Me Higher

The first time I heard this song, I got to say I was definitely interested and could not wait to hear more.

This song has such a good, dancing vibe to it, and is perfect for getting you to feel uplifted and cheerful. From the beginning all the way to the end, the song remains upbeat. This disco, dance-pop style is one to get everyone up on their feet and dancing to.

This song holds a lot of sensual tension, as the singer’s voice is very passionate and expressive. Sugar Nova’s vocalism is outstanding, and her voice blends perfectly with the music, as not only does it make us feel good, but we also pay attention to the lyrics that are being sung.

As this was my first-time hearing any of Sugar Nova’s music, I am excited to see what else they have in store. Their debut album is soon to come, and I personally will undoubtedly be giving this one a listen to and you guys should too!

Dax – Depression

Dax’s new release “Depression” is going to be a good one! To make a track amazing, it is vital to have all the right elements tied together, and Dax has honestly passed it with flying colours.

Dax presents his music in a very confident way and makes it one for all to enjoy. His vocalism is absolutely perfect for this kind of song, as we can really hear emotion in his voice, but we can also see his singing and rapping voice. Towards the end of the song, Dax is joined by some back-up vocals that almost represent that voice in your head telling you what to do.

The lyrics engross you with its relatability and the song entirely wraps you up within it.

The beat to “Depression” really makes you listen to the lyrics but also prevents you from feeling a sense of sadness, as it is not a quiet, mellow song.

I am so intrigued to see what else Dax has in store for us, and if he is a songster that you have not heard before, you should definitely go check him out!

Connor Mac – See Through

Connor Mac’s new song is a beautiful and melodic, heartfelt tune, which unquestionably needs to be listened to.

Mac’s harmonising vocals are undoubtedly the spotlight of this one, as he really expresses his vocal ability throughout “See through”. His voice is an example of comfort but we can also genuinely hear the emotion in his voice. Connor also shares a really powerful message in his song, as he apprises us about having confidence within yourself, and overcoming that self-doubt.

The choice of music in this track is superb, as the guitar strumming flows perfectly with Connor’s voice. Additionally, the use of drums (especially the bass drum in the chorus) helps the song to progress the powerful message.

Connor Mac’s music is one that I would love to hear more of therefore I will browse other songs of his. If you haven’t heard this soulful track yet, please go and give it a listen to.

Rhian! – I Need Your Love

“I need your love” is a lively pop track, that fills you with confidence and happiness. Rhian! wanted to steer away from his usual mellow music to a more upbeat and vibrant song.

To start this off, this song has immaculate vibes to it, and is perfect for people to listen to whilst dancing or even out clubbing on a Saturday night. The energy is continuous throughout the track and really gets you feeling positive.

Rhian! has used more of an electronic and dance side of pop, laced with inspiration of the 90s. The baseline is bold and prominent and his brings almost an element of nostalgia of older music.

All the vocals in “I need your love” are also remarkable, ensuring that confident and energetic feel remains. His vocals are enchanting and definitely keep you absorbed within the track.

If you are a fan of gladsome music then Rhian!’s track is must!

Kelsie Kimberlin – Cosmopolitan Girl

After hearing previous work of Kelsie’s, when I came across this song, I must say I was excited to see what else Kelsie had in store. As it stands “Cosmopolitan girl” is of course another great song.

Kimberlin’s voice is one that is distinctive but beautiful, and she honestly has done immensely well with this track.

Who doesn’t love an upbeat, happy feel song made by an artist with a beautiful voice?

The song maintains a positive vibe, with a steady instrumental throughout. This is undoubtedly a track that you would listen to whilst dancing in the kitchen.

Not only is this song one that fills us with excitement, but it is also one that sends out a powerful message about war and cultural differences. Kimberlin aims to spread appreciation for other cultures and embrace our differences. Such a powerful meaning behind this song really brings Kimberlin’s personality and kindness to light here.

Nevertheless, go and give Kelsie’s track a listen to!

Animate – Unbound

“Unbound” is an absolutely beautiful song, that ties all the perfect components together, creating a masterpiece.

Animate decided to take it down a notch from their usual music and do an acoustic piece. The guitar in this song is amazing, as it allows you to cherish life and feel that sense of warmth. In the later part, Animate include a small little electric guitar solo, that really emphasises the warmth of the song.

‘Unbound’ is a song of relaxation and allowing the song to be made up acoustic instruments really gains more listeners. The sentiment and emotion of this song is also expressed through the vocals as we can really hear it in his voice.

This song can be appreciated by anyone of any age and you guys should definitely give this one a listen to!

Animate are increasingly growing as an artist, and as an artist full of potential, I hope to hear more work from them soon.

Benedicta Syran – Let Me Be

Do you ever hear a song that is not generally your type of music, but end up loving it? That is how I feel with Benedicta’s Syran’s “Let me be”.

Benedicta’s aim with song was to uplift people and feel them with positivity, which is exactly what she does with this track. The idea of independence and individuality is very prominent with children growing up, going through change. On top of that her vocals are extremely clear and melodious.

Unlike a lot of recent music, Benedicta’s song includes the use of a band with instruments rather than electrified music. The use of this makes the song more enjoyable and more joyful.

Not only has she released this version, she has also released an acoustic version of “Let me be” that Is just as amazing!

If you are ever feeling down or trapped, Benedicta’s music is unquestionably one that you should give a listen to.
