Intercontinen7al – War’s The Noise

Amazing!

Intercontinen7al was originally a group of 22 artists that came together to create numerous songs all for charity. A few years down the line, the group have had more artists join them and they have all continued to create songs for a good reason, for example, this song.

“War’s the noise” is a new release by Intercontinen7al, that pushes to spread a powerful message. The song is about the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia and has many European artists featured in it.

This track features powerful, soulful vocals that make the listeners feel the emotion that they are feeling. Due to this song being of rock style, we get to witness pure musical instruments and no electronically created beats. Intercontinen7al end this song with an extended electric guitar solo. I must give this guitar solo all the credit I can, as it is just wicked!

I highly recommend giving Interncontinen7al’s work a little listen to and I am certain you will like it. Not only is their work great, it is also one that sends out powerful messages and is charitable.

Dioneesus – Lolita

Now this is one of those songs that you would never in a billion years expect to enjoy it as much as you do! I know from my experience, after hearing it I was so excited to hear other work of Dioneesus as I enjoyed “Lolita” so much.

Dioneesus’ music is always unexpected, he ensures he cover multiple different type of music like, pop, hip-hop and even rock. This song in particular includes a strong element of pop and even hip-hop.

The bassline in “Lolita” is strong and almost sensual that it makes you want to move your body to it. Indeed, the use of two different vocalists was an incredible decision, as the two vocalists compliment each other. Both vocals are extraordinary and cannot be faulted, as they both sing with confidence and power.

Anyways, as I said previously “Lolita” is definitely a song that you guys should give a listen to and I promise you will not regret it at all!

See Your Shadow – Crazy Things Like That

See Your Shadow have newly released their new hit “Crazy Things Like That” and I must say, this isn’t one to miss.

“Crazy things like that” is an energetic, mood boosting song all about an adventurous girl that the singer seems to be mesmerised by.

One thing that I absolutely love about this tune is the rawness of the instruments. We get to hear guitars, a bass, drums and great vocals. Due to the song’s nature of being pop-rock/country, the song remains upbeat and throughout the whole duration of the song. The vocalism is this track is not only full of power and strength, but it’s also incredible!

Each chorus is built up to a climax, thriving with an insane amount of power and capability. The energy that this song creates, brings about a joyful feeling and is definitely one that you will be tapping your foot to.

If you haven’t already, be sure to give See Your Shadow’s music a little listen to, as I couldn’t recommend this song more.

Maria Weissman – Fragments

I am not sure about you guys but I know that I love the odd sad, quiet song every now and then. Luckily, Maria Weissman’s “Fragments” is a perfect example of that!

Maria’s song is one full of beautiful melodies, amazing instrumentals and sombre tones. The piano is a beautiful touch, as it creates a brilliant atmosphere.

Not only is the music amazing, Weismann has an absolutely beautiful, soulful voice, where her emotions are clearly presented through her singing. During Weissman’s high pitched sections, you can really hear just how good her voice is. The songster also included the use of backup vocals to emphasise the pain that she may be feeling. The lyrics are also quite sad, as she sings about her “broken parts” and her father not loving her.

After hearing this song of Maria’s, I am certainly intrigued to hear what other music she has created.

If you are ever feeling down, or want to just lie there getting in your feels, then “Fragments” is a must!

Luego – The Vortex

Luego’s newly released album is definitely one to have a listen to. The album is full of many great, interesting tracks, with the title track being “The vortex”.

“The vortex” song is undoubtedly one that is unusual but also incredible at the same time. Luego being an experienced artist has experiment with different musical elements. In this song, he includes a large amount of autotune. However, this autotune is not one to make his voice sound “better”, he uses it to create a completely different style of music.

Luego usually focuses on pop, hip-hop, rock and country. The country strand is definitely present in this song and the combination of this and the autotune creates a unique piece.

Whether this is your kind of music or not, you should give Luego and his work a listen to. As his music is so peculiar, yet astounding, almost anyone will enjoy it.

Rebel Camp – Dance Dance Dance

What an absolute tune this one is!

If you are in the mood for a little dance, or a lover upbeat pop music, then Rebel Camp’s song is definitely the one for you!

“Dance dance dance” includes all the right components to create the perfect catchy dance track. The song is quick and has a strong beat that continues throughout the song. This is one of those that has that beat that you cannot seem to get out of your head (but in a good way).

I must say, the vocals in this piece are also extraordinary. Quite often you tend to find upbeat, dance songs that are really good but the vocals slack a bit, but “Dance dance dance” is not one of those tracks. The title does correlate with what you want to do when hearing this song!

Anyways, if you have never heard this track, then be sure to give it a listen to. I, myself am excited to see what else Rebel Camp has in store for us!

De Antiquis Et Novis – Time Is Running Out

If you are somebody who loves a good electro-pop, techno tyle song, then “Time is running out” is the one for you. This is definitely a tune that I would love to hear in a nightclub or at a rave.

One positive of this song is that it is very upbeat and a great song to move your head to. You cannot deny that it brings about good feelings all around. The electronic beat just brings back that feeling of being in a nightclub with flashing lights beaming on you. De Antiquis Et Novis also included multiple beat drops, which really adds to that party style of song.

Although the music in this song has the spotlight, the vocals are good too. The lyrics are minimalised but also effective, as the repeated lyric “time is running out” really sticks in your head.

So, all in all, if you are a techno, house lover, it is vital you give this track a listen to!

Rogue FX – Don’t Talk To Strangers

Rogue FX is an 80s inspired artist who focuses on synth pop and house music. His music is definitely one for nightclubs and raves. Rogue FX, as previously said, is heavily inspired by the 80s and this is clear in his song, which creates a sense of nostalgia.

This song is another one of those addictive, catchy songs that everybody loves. It welcomes us with a strong bassline mixed with melodic synth sounds. The result of this is a feeling of unusualness but it makes us want to dance to it.

The vocalism is more of a spoken word, rather than sung, which is perfect for this synth pop beat.

Although Rogue FX’s styles of music is not typically my cup of tea, this tune is fantastic and one that I will definitely be listening to again.

If you are especially a fan of this kind of music, then you must give Rogue FX’s work a listen to, and I can guarantee you that you will love it.

Jonathan Shapiro – IDGAF

Jonathan Shapiro, a young rapper, has done exceptionally well with his song “IDGAF” and I absolutely love it!

“IDGAF” is a perfect song for progression and moving forward with your life after a relationship. His song has a deep lyrical meaning that is inspired by his own previous experiences and he presents it in rap style. Not only is the lead rap amazing, but Jonathan also incorporated backing vocals that almost echo his lyrics, and this has a really great effect

This song includes many rap qualities, but he also included different, unusual beats that really attract us. It has a strong bassline, that keeps the song interesting and results in a memorable song. Jonathan Shapiro’s track is extremely bold.

Whether you are a lover of rap or not, this track is a must! Jonathan’s work is honestly outstanding and he has so much potential. If you haven’t already, please give his work a little listen to and you will unquestionably love it just as much as I do.

Pomona Park – Pillow Talk

This is one of those ones that Isn’t typically my style of music, but after hearing it, I love it!

“Pillow talk” is a very relatable song, about the strange thoughts and overthinking that an occur whilst in bed.

The song is introduced with an upbeat sound, with a steady drumbeat, which automatically grabs our attention. The use of actual instruments, rather than just beats and electronically creations, really makes us like the song from the get-go. Pomona Park describes their work as including “punchy basslines” and “sweet guitar riffs”, and this song definitely shows just that.

Pomona Park’s vocals are also really good and remind us of artists like Sam Fender and 5 Seconds Of Summer.

This song is definitely one that I can imagine being played at a family gathering, as the British band captivate you with their music.

I 100% recommend this song, and it is not one to be missed. Please go and give “Pillow talk” and other songs by Pomona Park a listen to, and you will not regret it!
