Arnab Sengupta’s newest album, “Truth Be Told” has just been released, and I must say it is not one to miss out on. However, before we get onto that, let’s have a little look at who Arnab Sengupta is. 

Arnab is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, who is currently based in Sydney. He has been in the music industry for over 30 years, and within that time he has created some incredible music. 

“Truth Be Told” consists of eight, amazing tunes, where each and every one of them has its own qualities. 

Kicking off with the title track, “Truth Be Told”, we find ourselves instantly mesmerised. This song begins with a beautiful piano intro, and Arnab’s lovely vocals soon join. This is the perfect first song, as it just leaves us wanting more.

 One song that really caught my eye was, “Let The Dust Settle Down”. In this tune we really get to hear Arnab’s vocal talent. His voice is so angelic, and he can hit some incredible notes. Arnab has one of the best vocals I have ever heard, and I just cannot fault him. 

“Prodigal Son” is the next track of the album. This one is slightly different to other ones in the album, as it more upbeat and groovy. This one just makes you want to get up and dance!

The final tune, “Till Death Do Us Part” is certainly a great way to end the album. This mellow track is just absolutely gorgeous, and everything about it is perfect. The music, the vocals, the production, just everything!

However, this track is not a solo project, Love Ghost has teamed up with DJ SWITCH GHANA and Camidoh. 

As soon as this tune begins, we are instantly hooked. The beat is so contagious, and the music will have you grooving along. This is certainly a track for a party and is one that anyone and everyone can enjoy.

Deadlight Dance, who are from Wiltshire, are a duo, who originally came from a goth band. After 30 years away from each other, the pair decided to team back up to create some incredible music. 

Today we are looking at a brand-new album of theirs, “…Beyond Reverence”. This album was released earlier this year, and it consists of eleven fantastic tracks. 

Kicking off with, “Nice Things” we find ourselves instantly hooked. The infectious beat and brilliant music playing will get you grooving along to the music. There is certainly no denying that it is an amazing way to kick off the album.

One tune that really caught my eye was “Dark Circles”. This unique sound is like nothing I have ever heard before and I just cannot get enough of it! Once the deep, male vocals kick in we are stunned! His voice is one that is very talented, and it just leaves us wanting to hear more. 

The sixth tune, “Samurai Sunrise” is a short, but sweet piece, that lasts less than a minute. This one includes no vocals, but the music is just wow!

The final track, which opposes the last one we just spoke about, is called “Samurai Sunset”. This is another short tune, but the musical talent is just incredible in this one. The guitar playing will knock you off your feet, and it is certainly a lovely ending to this collection.

Matt McKnzi has just released his brand-new single, “Atlas” and it is amazing. 

Matt is an independent singer-songwriter and producer. His music focuses on pop, hip-hop and R&B, and “Atlas” is exactly that. 

This tune is a mellow, infectious R&B hit, and there is no denying that it is one of the best songs I have come across. The beat will have you grooving your body, and after one listen you will find yourself playing this track on repeat all day long.

Matt’s vocals in “Atlas” are also amazing. He has a very soft, but talented voice. Matt is incredibly talented, and I cannot wait to see what else he has in store for us in the future.
