Mike And Mandy – Caught The Bug

“Caught The Bug” is the newest track by Mike And Mandy, and not only is it amazing, but it has also already received over 10,000 Spotify streams!

But before we get onto that, let’s have a little look at who Mike And Mandy are. Well, to answer that, Mike And Mandy are a married couple duo. They both have always had a passion for music with Mike being a punk singer-songwriter for 5 years and Mandy singing in orchestra choirs since a young age.

“Caught The Bug” is an indie/electronic-pop track and I just love it. It begins with an intense, yet catchy beat, and straight away we are mesmerised. This beat keeps up throughout the whole track, and you just cannot help but bop your head along to it. As soon as the chorus hit, the beat does pick up, making the track even more exciting.

The vocals in this one have dark and mysterious tone to them, especially at the start. This track is like no other, and this is what makes it so intriguing. However, it is clear that the vocal talent in this tune is just insane.

So, be sure to give “Caught The Bug” by Mike And Mandy a listen to now!

Steve is a multicultural hip-hop artist, whose music blurs the line between genres. He uses the combination of music and church to push through life, making his music not only great, but also inspiring.

“Nothing Into Something” is an incredible track, and is one that is catchy, vibrant, and so enjoyable. With a hip-hop style, you will find yourself grooving along to the beat. The music is unique, and the vibes are just unreal.

But I think we should focus on Steve’s vocals. His rapping and singing skills are beyond belief and there is no denying that he is so talented. His voice is soft, and welcoming, and this just makes the track even better.

Sam Dickinson is an artist who has been making music for quite a few years now. His music has caught BBC Radio 2’s attention and even Graham Norton has said, “he just keeps getting better and better”.

Anyways, back to “Flex”. This tune is an exciting, alternative-pop/disco track, and it is certainly one that will get you grooving. The music is one that is unique, but it is also upbeat and vibrant. With reminiscent of early disco music, you just cannot help but boogie along.

Eddie Cohn – Wave Goodbye

Eddie Cohn, a talented indie-rocker from Cleveland, began pursing music at just the age of three. He has self-taught himself to play many instruments, including the guitar and the drums. Eddie is ow producing some incredible music, one that is unique, and to kickstart that collection we have, “Wave Goodbye”.

“Wave Goodbye” is the songster’s newest track, and this rock track is just insane.

The music in this is just brilliant. There are clear elements of 80s rock music, however there are also elements of a more upbeat/dance sound. The guitar riffs are amazing, and the drums will undoubtedly get you grooving along to the music.

Eddie Cohn has an extremely talented voice, and in this track in particular we can hear just how talented he is. His voice has a rusty, yet powerful tone to them, and he can actually reach some notes that beyond belief.

Jini Loves Jacko – Songs About My Cat Album Review

Jini Loves Jacko is a fairly new artist, and they have just released their brand-new album, “Songs About My Cat”. This album consists of nine different tracks, and included in this is many collaborations, making every song unique.

Kicking off the album we have, “Damn”. This track is an upbeat, pop tune, one that will give you early 2000s vibes. The music is catchy and contagious, and I can assure you will not be able to resist dancing along. However, not only is the music brilliant, but the vocals are too. The vocalist has a fiery voice, where we hear her singing normally and in a distorted tone, which just intrigues us.

One hit that really caught my eye was “Fine Fine”. This track has a swinging tune to it, and you just cannot help but groove along. The beat is different, and actually has elements of rock, pop and even reggae. The male vocals are a brilliant addition to this one, as he sings in a call and response way. Both vocalists are undoubtedly talented, and their voices have so much potential.

Another track that I thoroughly enjoyed was, “Our Little Prayer”. This track is a melodic, piano-led track, and it is just amazing. Due to most of the other songs being quite energetic, this little break is just beautiful. The vocalist in this one really shines, as his voice is presented in a powerful and emotional way.

Closing the album we have, “Good Night”. This track begins off quite delicately, with gorgeous music and gorgeous vocals. It does pick up as the track progresses, however there is a lot of emotion in this one. This is the perfect ending, as it allows us to reflect on the album, and you will probably find yourself wanting more.

Jini Loves Jacko has done an exceptional job with this album, where we experience a rollercoaster of emotions and where every single song has its own qualities. “Songs About My Cat” is not one to be missed out on so be sure to check it out now!

Dirty Power – Gravitas EP Review

Dirty Power is a rock trio, that was formed back in 2015. Luckily for us, Dirty Power have just released a brand-new EP titled, “Gravitas” and I must say it is incredible.

The collection consists of five different, lengthy tracks, and kicking it off we have, “I Did My Time”. This track starts with an intense, intriguing beat, which engrosses us. The music is enticing, and there is no denying that the drums are the glue of this track. This is a brilliant way to start off the EP, as it just leaves us wanting more.

Next up is, “Said And Done”. This one is a more upbeat, rocky track, and there is no denying that this one will make you want to bop your head along. The electrifying guitars will definitely have you hooked!

The third tune, “Farewell” starts off as a melodic, slow tune, but it does, however, pick up as the song continues. The idea of it being a soft track at the start, really enables us to hear some incredible vocals. The vocalist certainly holds a lot of talent, and this track in particular really shows that.

“A Million Miles Away” is possibly my favourite on the EP. It is more a soft-rock tune, but it just beautiful. Everything about it is perfect, the vocals, the music and even the production.

And finally, we have “The Foggy Dew”. This is a vibrant and exciting way to end the incredible EP. This one is enjoyable, and the upbeat sound will undoubtedly get you dancing along. In fact, you will probably find yourself wanting more once you reach the end!

I cannot recommend Dirty Power and their newest EP, so be sure not to miss out, and give it a listen to now!

“Close Enough To Whisper” is a brilliant tune, and it is certainly one for all. Kicking off with an intense, unique beat, we find ourselves instantly engrossed in the music. As soon at the track picks up a bit, we just cannot help but bop our heads and tap our feet. This track is not your usual latest pop track, but instead it is so much better.

There is no denying that the vocals in this are also amazing. The vocals have a slight distorted tone to them, and this just makes them even more intriguing.

I cannot put into words about how great this track is. So, click the link below, head over to Spotify and give “Close Enough To Whisper” by Blind’s Man Daughter a listen to and I can assure you will love it.
