The music in this one is very soft, but the music just gives a relaxing feel to it! I think we can all agree that we all love a gorgeous love song every now and then.

As always, Mick’s voice is just brilliant! His vocals are so delicate and tuneful, and I am just obsessed!

Sam Lumar – Counting On Me

Sam Lumar is a Spanish artist who has dropped a new single, “Counting On Me”, just last month, and it is one that is definitely worth a listen!

“Counting On Me” is a rock-pop track that is incredibly catchy! The beat is one that will get you hooked instantly, and the vocals are one that you will just fall in love with!

The beat is brilliant and will definitely make you bop your head along to it! The full band sound is something that is becoming less and less frequent in today’s music, however hearing Sam’s song with it, just made me realise how great a live band actually sounds!

Undoubtedly, Sam’s vocals are amazing! He sings with such a soft tone, yet his voice holds a certain amount of power and emotion to it too!

I honestly cannot describe just how good this song is, so you have to take matters into your own hands and give it a little listen to! “Counting On Me” is now available across all music platforms, so be sure to check it out!

R. Jhaé – Sweater Weather

Today’s review is going to be based on an amazing cover track by R. Jhaé. R. Jhaé has taken on the challenge to cover The Neighbourhood’s song “Sweater Weather”, and I must say they have done amazing job of it!

As a fan of the original, when I came across this cover I must admit I was a bit sceptical, however I am thoroughly impressed with it! I personally think that R. Jhaé’s version is actually better than the original!

The artist has taken a more alternative pop route to the track, however the song creates a very relaxing, yet intense atmosphere.

Undeniably, the vocals in this song are amazing! Her voice is very soft and sultry, getting you hooked almost instantly!

Whether or not you are a fan of the original track, give this version a little listen to and I can assure you that you will absolutely love it!  You can find this cover on Soundcloud now!

NËK – Misti’s Blues EP

You often find that listening to a whole collection of songs by an individual artist shows a lot more about them and their talents, and for that, I love to hear them! Today we are looking at NËK and their most recent EP, “Misti’s Blues”.

NËK is an artist that was born into a musical family, therefore he has always had an involvement and passion for music. NËK often finds himself creating music that influences from artists like Kanye West, Eminem and Capital Seez, resulting in a hip-hop, jazz and blues infused sound. However, although the artist creates music with actual meanings, he leaves his songs open enough for listeners to interpret it as their own!

“Misti’s Blues” is a collection that was released earlier this year. The collection includes six different, yet amazing tracks that you will undoubtedly enjoy! As said previously, NËK creates music of hip-hop/rap sound, and that theme is maintained throughout this EP.

I personally found it very hard to pick out my favourite track from this selection, as each one has its own specialties and qualities. However, the fifth track, “Cold Outside” is one that caught my attention straight away! The song follows more of a spoken word style, combined with hip-hop, and it is one that you will not be able to get out of your head! The backbeat is hard yet kept to a minimum, which really highlights NËK’s rapping.

I cannot put into words how amazing this EP is, and if rap/hip-hop is your cup of tea, then you must give “Misti’s Blues” a listen to now! The EP is available across different music platforms now, including Spotify, so be sure to check it out! Hats off to NËK and his work on this one!

Terry K 3TL – Songs For Old Men

Terry K 3TL is an artist based in Florida, who has been working exceptionally hard in his music. With already receiving multiple nominations for different rewards, Terry continues to make amazing songs!

Today we are looking at Terry’s most recent hit, “Songs For Old Men” that was released just earlier this month! “Songs For Old Men” is a brilliant country style track, with a beautiful melody and some fantastic singing.

The music in this track is undoubtedly amazing, with a lovely guitar being my favourite part! The music is soft, however it finds a way to be extremely mesmerising and, even to an extent, catchy. As previously mentioned, there is a great guitar featured in the song, and there is even a little guitar solo in the later part of the track that is just incredible!

I must say I am a massive fan of Terry’s vocals! He has the perfect voice for a country song like this, and the deepness just makes it even better!

I cannot recommend this song enough, especially for country fans! So, give “Songs For Old Men” a quick listen to and you will love it too!

JUNK – They Call Me Old Man

Now JUNK is an artist you cannot just breeze past! With the fusion of all genres, JUNK somehow manages to maintain a fresh and brilliant collection of songs! JUNK have recently created a new single, that has so many elements of different genres within it!

“They Call Me Old Man” is JUNK’s newest track and it is one that you cannot pinpoint its genre. With the inclusion of funk, jazz, rap and even trip-hop, the song creates something that you just want to keep listening to!

I think for me the most interesting part of this track is the spoken word element, and although spoken word lyricism is a very marmite factor, JUNK finds a way for everyone to enjoy it! The song with captivate you with its lyrics and presentation!

The beat in this track is one that is very laid-back and repetitive. This gives the rap a chance to shine, and I love it!

Whether you think this is a song for you or not, with one listen of JUNK’s “They Call Me Old Man” you will be in love!

Albums are something that I absolutely love to listen to, so today we are going to look at Steve N’ Chris’ newest album, “REMIX KINGS Mixtape”!

Let’s kick this off with a little bit about Steve N’ Chris. Well, the brother duo, have been in the music industry for over 20 years now, and within that time they have done the work of producing, composing and making their passion turn into something incredible! The two artists have their own specialties, with Chris having unbelievable rapping vocals, and Steve possessing an amazing R&B vocal range! Anyways, “REMIX KINGS Mixtape” is an eight-song long album, full of amazing tracks that all undoubtedly need to be heard! Although the songs in the collection are all relatively short, with the longest only being two and a half minutes, each track has its own unique and brilliant elements, creating a full album of bangers!

The album has clear influences of R&B, rap, hip-hop and even pop, and together Steve N’ Chris have made a lively and engrossing album!

Undoubtedly, “REMIX KINGS Mixtape” is one of those that it is incredibly difficult to pick out a favourite as they are all so amazing! With each song bringing a dancey, upbeat feeling, I think one of the highlights of the album has got to be the fourth track, “Jimmy Cooks”. This album is just full of amazing vocals and rapping, with a catchy beat alongside it!

Steve N’ Chris deserves so much recognition for this album that they have created, as it is just flawless! Although anyone can I enjoy this assortment, If you do find yourself to be a fan of hip-hop or R&B, then give this a listen to now!
