“Drunk Texting” is an upbeat, pop tune that is unique and enjoyable. From the moment it begins the catchy beat will have you bopping along. However, as I said, this track is very unique, with different vocal styles, and genre elements, and this just makes it so intriguing to listen to.

In terms of vocals, Exzenya has smashed it. Again, her vocal presentation is something that is vibrant and different, but her talent is undeniable. Her voice is unbelievably flexible, and the way she adapts herself for this track is admirable.

Bill Barlow – Emotional Journey Album Review

Bill Barlow released an exceptional album earlier this year, titled “Emotional Journey”, and I cannot wait to share this one with you all!

Bill Barlow has actually been song writing for other artists for decades now. However, he has decided to venture out and create his own music.

“Emotional Journey” is a brilliant collection, consisting of 14 different tracks, all which are amazing. And kicking off the album we have, “Smooth As Glass”. This is a great track to start the album, as instantly we are engrossed. With a mysterious intro, the mellow track is one that is heartfelt and warming. The music is insane, with a soft guitar, immense vocals and beautiful lyrics.

A track that really caught my attention was, “She’s Unreal”. This rack is very different from the last, as this follows a more R*B/hip-hop style. The beat is catchy, the music is enjoyable, and the vocals are outstanding.

Another tune that I loved was, “Days Of Rain”. And this one is even more different from the last two! This follows a more rock style and I just love it. It has a beat that you just cannot help but bop along to. This track is one that anyone and evryeone can groove along to.

And finally, to close up the album we have, “I Never Asked You To Love Me”, which is of course, another great hit. Everything about this track is perfect, the music, the vocals, and even the lyrics may be relatable to some.

“Emotional Journey” by Bill Barlow is one that is a roller-coaster of emotions and genre, leaving not a second boring. This album needs to be heard, so click the link below and give it a little listen to for yourself!

Jodie Austen – Anyway

Jodie Austen is a soul/folk/pop artist who has recently released her debut single and this one is called, “Anyway”.

“Anyway”, first of all is amazing, and is definitely a perfect way to kickstart her career in the music industry. This track is quite a melodic, and chill track. It starts off with a shallow beat and immense vocals. It builds up to an intense, heartfelt chorus, and I just love it.

However, Jodie’s vocals undoubtedly stand out in this track. Her voice has a flexible, and wide vocal range, with the ability to hit some incredible notes. Her voice is soft, euphonious and one I could listen to all day long.
