Rogue FX – The Fifth Step

Rogue FX, otherwise known as Andrew Wood, is a North Londoner artist. Andrew was originally part of an 80s synth pop group but has now decided to take on the solo route 20 years later.

“The Fifth Step” is Rogue FX’s new release and I got to say it is a good one! Rogue FX usually creates music that synth/electro-pop, and “The Fifth Step” is exactly that. The music is contagious and will certainly get you on your feet dancing along to it.

The vocalism in this track is unique, as Andrew sings with some kind of distortion to his voice. This results in his voice being incredibly intriguing and very enjoyable.

Overall, this tune is just amazing! Although it may not be your usual cup of tea, the song will definitely change your opinion on synth-pop.

Be sure to check out “The Fifth Step” and enjoy every moment of it!

Today’s review is on the great TANOKI’s most recent release, “Broken,” however he is not alone in this track as he has teamed up with LUX ALMA for this one.

“Broken” is an incredible track, that is just purely full of greatness! As LUX ALMA is featured in this tune, we get to hear her beautiful vocals, that are somehow soft and powerful at the same time! The lyrics are quite dark, as she sings about being “Broken.”

The music in this is definitely one I can get behind! It is quite upbeat but has a slight rock tinge to it too! You can undoubtedly dance along to this, and you will certainly find yourself bopping your head along to it!

Makeshift One – Cognitive Dissonance

“Cognitive Dissonance” is the newest album by the brilliant Makeshift One and I can assure you that you do not want to miss this one!

Makeshift One is a solo rapper who has been climbing his way to the top with his infectious music and his incredible rapping. His amazing qualities are surely clear in this new album that was released just last month!

“Cognitive Dissonance” is an album that consists of thirteen different, amazing tracks, and honestly I am so excited for this one! The rap star has also collaborated with Tape Flip for the whole album!

Makeshift One kicks the collection off “Footloose,” and I am inclined to say, what a start! The song begins with a little speech intro that soon bursts into an upbeat, captivating rap track that will immediately grab your attention! It is undoubtable that the rapping in the song is amazing, the vocals are clear, but also so incredible!

This is one of those albums that you will find near enough impossible to pick out a favourite, as every track is just out of this world! However, for me, my most liked track of “Cognitive Dissonance” has got to be “Tao.” This tune has a contagious beat, and some superb rapping. This is the kind of song that you will find yourself sing to in the kitchen whilst cooking, whilst walking down the street, whilst driving the car and pretty much anywhere!

Makeshift One concludes the album with his “Outro,” which is only a short, but sweet tune. The piano-led track brings the whole lot to a very lovely ending, where you will find yourself itching to hear more!

Ultimately, Makeshift One has done an exceptional job with this album, and I cannot recommend it enough! Be sure to check it out now, as it is available across all streaming platforms!

Harun’s most recent album, “GOLD” is definitely a good one, and today we are looking at the seventh track of the collection, “Moschino.”

“Moschino” is one of those short but sweet tracks, being only 2 minutes long. The rap track is full of greatness and will undoubtedly get you bopping your head along to it. The beat is so contagious, with great vibes, and I could honestly just listen to it all day!

The rapping in this track is quite unique compared to other songs, as the rapper has a dark, “muffled” effect on his vocals. However, this makes the rapping even more incredible!

Harun Rune is clearly a brilliant artist, and I cannot wait to the rest of the album that this song features on!

“Something’s Gotta Give” is Kinga’s most recent release and it is one that I absolutely love! Everything about this song is just amazing, the vibe, the music, the lyrics, the composure!

As I previously stated Kinga has that 80s pop style of music, and this tune definitely fits that description. The birth of Eva No took place in 2019, when the Swedish singer-songwriter, Eva Nordell, decided to take on a music career. Since then, Eva No has created multiple brilliant tracks, and this one I am super excited about!

“Bring Me Flowers” is the songster newest release, and this track will be one to take you into another world! Undoubtedly, “Bring Me Flowers” is groovy, and energetic, yet it also finds a way to be quite emotional. The true meaning of the song is all about being in a relationship where she is not receiving the love that she wants, as we can see by her asking them to bring her flowers every day.

This is one of those tracks that just captivate you, and you end up in this bubble where you are constantly playing the song on repeat! The track has everything you want, it is catchy, it is brilliant, and don’t even get me started with Eva No’s vocals, as they are just amazing!
