Blacklight Beat Patrol – Phizzle Phinkle Pop Album Review

“Phizzle Phinkle Pop” is the brand-new album that has been released by Blacklight Beat Patrol, and let me start this review off by saying, wow it is amazing!

But before we get onto the collection, let’s have a little look at who Blacklight Beat Patrol are. Well, they are an experimental, electronic group, who will definitely have you hooked. With comparisons to the likes of Daft Punk, you cannot help but love it.

“Phizzle Phinkle Pop” consists of 11 different tracks, all which are brilliant. And to kickstart the album we have, “Tracer”. This is an upbeat, groovy track which instantly will have you dancing, hooked and wanting more. Being an instrumental, we can just enjoy and feel the music that Blacklight Beat Patrol have created.

One track that I personally loved was, “Snooze Mosher (Late Again)”. This one is quite a unique one, with aspects of techno and EDM, but also rock too. This one just honestly makes you want to go crazy! It is intense, it is enjoyable, it is groovy and most of all, it is incredibly intriguing.

Closing up the album we have, “Spud Nugget Zen” and this is the perfect, slightly more laid-back ending to the collection. This one is a very space-like feel to it, and it honestly feels like we are being taken to another dimension. With unique electro-beats, and intense elements, you will be stunned by this one.

“Phizzle Phinkle Pop” is a very distinctive and enjoyable album that needs to be heard. Despite your usual musical tase, you will be pleasantly surprised by this one.
