Today’s review is going to be about an incredible artist, Manava Lery and their hit album that was released last year, and this one is called, “Blowing Changes”.
But who is Manava Lery? Well, to answer that one, Manava is a rising French artist and singer-songwriter. She follows a jazz kind of style, and her music is one that can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone.
So, kicking off the 14-track album, we have, “I’m Not Drunk”. This is the perfect start to the album, and straight away you will find yourself grooving along. This one certainly also follows the jazz style, and there is no denying you will be eager to hear the rest!
One track that really caught my attention was, “Butterfly On Her Shoulder”. This one is slightly more mellow, featuring some immense instruments. However, in this track we can really hear the talent of her vocals. She has a soft, yet sassy voice which is perfect for this kind of music.
Another track that I loved was, “C’est Quelque Chose”. This one is French spoken tune and once again her skill shows. Being able to sing in multiple languages and being able to do it so well is beyond belief.
And finally, to finish off the album we have, “How To Deal With Heartbreak”, which is a perfect ending to a perfect album. This one begins very softly, but soon picks up to catchy tune that you just cannot help but dance along to.
