Amaru – The Crime Of Silence Album Review

Amaru has recently released his third album, and this one is called, “The Crime Of Silence”.

Amaru is an independent artist, actor, author, model and filmmaker (I know, impressive right?). His music is one that is unique, and for everybody, with inclusion of multi-cultural elements and languages.

Anyway, back to, “The Crime Of Silence”. This long-awaited album consists of sixteen different tracks. And kicking it off we have, “Help A Brotha Out”. This track is an upbeat, groovy track that you just cannot help but vibe to. It is the perfect start as it gets up on our feet and eager to hear what else Amaru has in store for us. The music is just incredible, with the combination of a variety of instruments, you will be stunned with the amount of talent that is present in this one.

One track that really caught my attention was, “Champagne Attitude”. This reggae style tune, is one full of good vibes, and just pure skill. This one, again, will certainly get you dancing along, as the vibrant music maintains a catchy tone throughout. Now, let’s talk vocals. There is no denying that Amaru’s voice is insane, and this one, his slight rap style is just brilliant.

Next up we have the title track, “The Crime Of Silence”. This reggae/funk style tune is slightly more laid-back compared to the others yet is still finds a way to be catchy. This is, of course, another fantastic hit and I cannot fault Amaru at all. His vocals really shine in this one, and his talent certainly shows.

Then to close the album we have, “Dejanos Bailar (Muevete)”. This is the perfect, upbeat ending to a fantastic album. However, this one, being in a different language, is intriguing. His vocal skill is brilliant, and the music is just as good too!
