Clare Easdown – To The One’s I Love

Clare Easdown is an Australian musician, who has an immense amount of talent. Clare was taught how to play the cello at a young age, and this then progressed into a career. The songster takes inspiration from the likes of Grimes, Sevdaliza, Madonna and CHVRCHES and is now creating her own music that is just amazing!

“To The One’s I Love” is one of Clare’s most recent hits, which she has teamed up with Jburnsmusic for and I must say it is fantastic! The trip-hop track is one that was created to reassure those who feel alone and ignored by the people close to them. This results in some quite dark and emotional lyricism.

However, despite the more sombre meanings of the track, Clare manages to make the song more upbeat and uplifting. The music has quite a hard beat in the choruses, and it will definitely get you bopping your head to it! The beat almost captivates us as its unusual sound intrigues us.

As always, Clare’s vocals are beautiful, yet quite melancholic. Her voice is one that I love to listen to, and I cannot wait to hear more from her! Check out “To The One’s I Love” now!
